Wilma Neil
Wilma E. Neil was born September 1, 1928 to William and Esther (Miller) Greene at Windsor, Missouri.
Wilma moved to Buffalo, Oklahoma in 2008 to make her home and to be closer to her daughter Marjorie Hanson and grandson Mark Hanson. No services will be held in Buffalo, they will be held in Cole Camp, Missouri with Fox Funeral Home.
