VON MILLER

F.L. “Von” Miller was born on June 21, 1936, and passed away on July 18, 2026 at Ashland Health Center.

Von was born at Richard’s, CO. to Raymond & Dorothy “Arndt” Miller.

He married the former Virginia Ann Wyatt on August 5, 1967, in Ashland.

To their union were born Shaila Ann, Shari Lynn and Daniel Miller.

Their primary residences were Plains, Ks, Erie Co. and Ashland, Ks.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Shaila, his parents and his sister Darlene McCollum.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years; Virginia.

Daughter; Shari Jellison (Mark) of Protection, KS, son; Daniel of Ashland, KS.

He also proudly leaves grandchildren; Rylee Jellison-Cox (Steven Cox), Eli Jellison, Haley Miller (Greyton Wilson); as well as two great grandchildren; Taylor Cox & Leona Cox. He also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.

Also surviving are three brothers; Vernon of Hershey, NE, Raydean of Wichita, KS & Richard (Victoria) of Colwich, KS.

We rejoice that Von was a born again Christian and knew the Lord as his personal savior.

Celebration of Life will be held at First Christian Church, Ashland Kansas on July 23, 2026 at 10:00 am.

Internment will take place at the Ashland Cemetery following the Celebration of Life.

In lieu of flowers the family requests Memorial Gifts be made to Ashland Health Center and Ashland EMS.
