Visitation or saying our goodbye, for our dad with family & our friends
Will be MONDAY JUNE 15, 2026, from 11:00AM – 1:00PM at Wilkinson Funeral Home.
Richard Neil Miller, 61, of Buffalo, Oklahoma, passed away at his home on June 11, 2026. Richard was born on May 5, 1965, in Monticello Utha to Louie Miller and Janet (York) Miller. Richard graduated from Fruitland High School in 1984 and immediately began his career driving a flatbed semi for William Thomas Trucking, where he spent many years on the road. He was a hardworking man who took pride in providing for his family and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Richard enjoyed spending time with his kids. He never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with just about anyone. He loved tinkering with anything that was broken, especially mowers, and vehicles. Rarely passed up the chance to fix something for himself or someone. His greatest joy in life was being “Papa” to his grandchildren. Whether attending their activities, cheering them on from the sidelines, or taking them to the library three days a week, he treasured every moment spent with them. Richard is survived by his son, Ricky and daughter, Trish both of Buffalo, Oklahoma; his beloved grandchildren, Leo, Natalie, Lincoln, and Amelia; his brother, David Miller of Vici; and his sister, Wanda Brock of Twin Falls, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Debra Brock. Richard’s kindness, dependability, and love for his family will be remembered by all who knew him. Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the memories he leaves behind.
