GARY D. FUDGE

Gary Dale Fudge, 75, passed away on June 17, 2026. He was born on October 7, 1950, in Dodge City, Kansas, and grew up in Ford, Kansas. He was the son of George Dale Fudge and Melva Jean Stout.

On August 14, 1970, Gary married Mildred (Millie) Barnes. Together, they shared nearly 56 years of marriage and raised four children: Bryan, Blair, Brannon (deceased), and Brandy.

Gary worked in area feedlots for many years before becoming a truck driver. He took pride in providing for his family.

Family was the center of Gary's life. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, Rachel, Emma, and Kevin. Gary also enjoyed visiting with friends in the community and especially looked forward to fellowship with his Sunday School class.

Gary is survived by his wife, Millie; his children, Bryan, Blair, and Brandy; his grandchildren, Rachel, Emma, and Kevin; his brother, Stanley, and his wife, Jeanette; and their children, Tia, Olivia, and Jason.

Gary will be remembered for his friendly nature and his love for his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Graveside service will be held at Highland Cemetery in Ashland, KS, on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration lunch with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Ashland Bible Church 310 N Main PO Box 686 Ashland, KS. 67831
