Rodney Bruce Cloutier Jr. was born in the late night at the Woodward Hospital, on April 10, 2016 and went into the loving arms of Jesus.  Survivors are parents, Rodney & Chelsea; brother Tucker Thomas; sisters, Mia Cloutier, Makenna Kamden, and Lily Zerega; maternal grandparents Billy Thomas Jr. and the late Sherri Jones; great grandparents, Donna and Skip McClellan, Billy Thomas Sr.; paternal grandparents Rodney Cloutier Sr. and Kimberly K. Cloutier; great grandparents Nancy Hardin and Lorendzo & Madeline Cloutier, aunts, uncles, other family, relatives, and friends .
