BEAU M. SCHAUVLIEGE

Beau Morgan Schauvliege of Ashland, Kansas passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024, at his home at the age of 37.

Beau was born on March 15, 1987, in Ness City, Kansas, to Roy Dean Schauvliege & Amy G (Springer) Schauvliege. He was raised in Jetmore, Kansas, where he attended elementary and high school, graduating with the of class 2006. After his schooling he went to Garden City Community College and then transferred to Butler County Community College where he played football. 

After college he continued his cowboying life being a ranch hand at various ranches as well as doing maintenance & mechanic jobs. On June 30, 2023, he was united in marriage to Tasha Lea Gulick in Medicine Lodge, Kansas. Beau & Tasha had travelled to a few different cities while they were enjoying the flexibility of full-time RV living before, they landed in Ashland, Kansas and began working for the City of Ashland. They welcomed their son, Brant Michael, on July 21, 2023. 

He was preceded in death by his dad, Roy Dean of Jetmore, Kansas.  Beau is survived by his wife Tasha & son Brant of the home, Mom, Amy Patchen of Austin, Texas, sisters Rhiannon of Garden City, Kansas, Sierra of Ingalls, Kansas, Madison of Austin, Texas, several nieces & nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, there is a memorial being setup for his son, Brant, at the Community National Bank, 401 N Main St. Eureka, KS. 67045, Beau Schauvliege Family Fund.
