Marjorie Charlene (Pile) Page was born July 31, 1938, in Shattuck, Oklahoma to Clarence Vernon and Mildred E (Bennett) Pile, Charlene graduated from May High School in 1956 and attend Kansas City College, Bible School at Overland Park, Kansas and Panhandle A & M College at Goodwell, Oklahoma, majoring in Business Administration.  In February 1959, Charlene married Jerrell Owen "Tex" Welch.  Charlene and Tex lived in Roswell, New Mexico where Charlene worked as a bookkeeper and secretary.  Charlene was a substitute teacher.  In 1965 Charlene and Tex moved to May, Oklahoma, and went into the cattle and ranching business.  Charlene worked at Western State Hospital at Fort Supply, Oklahoma for 21 years as the Administrative Assistant.  Charlene and Tex were blessed with three children, Kerry, Ronald, and Kimberly.  On December 23, 1983 Charlene married Frank Page at Buffalo, Oklahoma were they made their home.  Charlene and Frank enjoyed motorcycling, flying, snowmobiling, and traveling in the motorhome.  Charlene was a member of the Red Hat Ladies.  Charlene was preceded in death by her parents; Clarence and Mildred Pile.  Charlene left her earthly home on August 10, 2021 at her home with family around her bedside.  Charlene is survived by her husband Frank Page of the home; Children; Kerry (Tammy) Welch, Ron Welch, Kimberly (John) Hamilton, Monty Page,  Lori Karpe; Brother; Lee (Etta) Pile, Ross (Marsha) Pile; Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; Jerrell (Amber) Welch, Loren (Karla) Welch, Shanna (David) Ensley, Chase Welch, Veronica (Grady) Herrera and Grant, Kandice (Jared) Haines, Amanda (Daniel) Maxham, Chad (Jamie) Hamilton and Makalyn and Callie, Nathan (Kourtney) Hamilton and Logan and Liam, Kevin (Heather) Farr and Topanga and Robert, Tana Copple, Johnny Copple, Zayne Copple, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
